Elevator Technician – Denver, Colorado

You will be responsible for the successful completion of work aligned with Service, Repair, New Installation and/or Modernization while meeting both customer expectations and profitability measures.

• Monitors and analyzes the function of mechanical and electrical components as necessary to troubleshoot, adjust or repair the equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks including visually inspecting, manually cleaning, and lubricating elevator systems and components in a controlled or non-controlled climate field setting.
• Establishing and strengthening business relationships with owners, property managers, building engineers, and union business agents is a key part of this job.

This is a safety sensitive position.

• Requires a high‑school diploma or GED and 2+ years related work experience as a mechanic or technician in a commercial setting.
• Must have demonstrated strong mechanical reasoning and comprehension skills plus hands‑on mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Rate range: $30 - $59 per hour. The role offers a company vehicle.
