The Opportunity We're seeking experienced residential electricians in Centennial, CO to improve processes and procedures for quality and efficiency. You'll remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements and streamlined installation.

Responsibilities Install electrical systems for heat pump installations

Calculate electrical loads and upgrade main electrical panels as needed

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs

Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency

Requirements

Extensive residential retrofit experience required

Journeyman/Licensed electrician license or Wireman License Knowledge of modern technologies like smart panels, splitters, and sub-panels

Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes

Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools

Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and precision

Physical stamina for manual labor

Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits- $32 - $36 per hour, full-time Fully covered dental, vision, and life insurance
