Maintenance Technician II

Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our single-family rental homes. In this field-based role, you will perform intermediate-level repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on residential systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You’ll respond to work orders, complete turns between residents, ensure safety and code compliance, and document work in our maintenance systems. Partnering with local operations and vendors, you will deliver timely, high-quality service that enhances resident satisfaction and home quality while contributing to a performance-driven, service-oriented culture.
