Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC (Landmarc) is a vertically integrated landfill construction and service company with expertise in solid waste management and construction. We provide gas extraction, leachate collection, and operations and maintenance services for the landfill industry.

• Hourly pay $20.00–$30.00 depending on experience and qualifications

• Travel for extended periods – 4 weeks on, 1 week off; live in hotels and travel between states 100% of the time
• Walk long distances on steep terrain; lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a non‑consistent basis
• Work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions, including on odorous project sites
• Clean up work areas, fuel vehicles, and maintain equipment as necessary
• Work overtime and weekends if required
• Assist site supervisors with materials and equipment needs and collect supplies for projects
• Perform system construction activities safely and properly
• Fuse HDPE pipe ranging from 2" to 36"

• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
• Conduct pre‑operational checks, clean, lubricate, and refill equipment as needed
• Work with ground personnel during excavation and pipe installation to ensure proper depth and grade
• Grade on slopes of 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 with minimal time on excavation
• Ensure trench work meets OSHA 01 ISA requirements
• Operate excavator safely with awareness of surroundings
• Maintain a sound understanding of ground disturbance issues
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the excavator for smooth operation
• Step out of equipment to assist with groundwork when necessary
• Have landfill construction experience; oil and gas pipeline experience preferred
• 5+ years operating excavator, dozer, or articulated dump truck
• Landfill experience preferred
