Senior Developer

6–12-month W2 contract-to-hire with benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our healthcare client. This team is dedicated to developing smart web applications using Angular and .NET on the backend, with Snowflake as the database. The focus is on creating custom workflows not supported by the EHR platform. The long-term vision includes transitioning to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and migrating smart apps to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain smart web applications using Angular and .NET.
• Collaborate with the team to replicate database into our Oracle data center and transition it to a cloud SQL environment like Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Contribute to the GCP migration roadmap, including breaking down applications into smaller, containerizable pieces.
• Engage in architectural discussions and design decisions to ensure smooth migration and scalability.
• Work on existing smart apps to prepare them for cloud migration and handoff to the feature team.
• Participate in a highly collaborative and social team environment, actively engaging in all aspects of the solution.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) due to our migration roadmap.
• Proficiency in developing web applications using Angular and .NET.
• Strong understanding of database management, particularly with Snowflake and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Ability to work independently and keep up with a team of developers with 8+ years of experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Highly collaborative and communicative, with a proactive approach to engaging with team members.

Interview Process:

• Technical Round 1: 45-minute interview with senior developers focusing on technical skills and experience.
• Technical Round 2: 45-minute interview with tech leads, emphasizing technical situation questions, approach, and critical thinking responses.

About the Team: The team consists of 8 experienced developers who are working on the GCP migration roadmap. The team is known for its collaborative and engaging work environment, where every member actively participates in discussions and solution development.
