OTR CDL Driver (Northern Indiana)

Dexter, a leading manufacturer of axles and trailer components, is looking for a reliable OTR CDL Driver.

• Deliver trailer products while operating a tractor‑trailer truck, route from Albion, IN to Shawnee, OK, twice a week.
• Route is approximately 2,500 miles per week with 3‑6 drops.
• Record amount and type of cargo being delivered.
• Inspect the trailer before and after the trip and record any defects.
• Report incidents to a dispatcher and any serious mechanical problems to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor road conditions and traffic congestion, following all applicable traffic laws.
• Follow accident procedures if an accident occurs.
• Maintain a log of activities and take required rest periods.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving experience, including manual transmission.
• Clean driving record with no DWI/DUI in the past 10 years.
• Ability to drive long distances and travel regularly.
• Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
