Class A CDL Truck Driver

Job Summary

C & H Solutions is looking for an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join their diverse operation! The Truck Driver will be dispatched out of Ault, Colorado and home most nights.

• Haul rock, sand, and gravel using a side dump and a tanker with liquid manure
• Experience hauling lowboy trailers, wide loads or heavy loads is strongly preferred
• Safely operate an 18-speed or automatic semi-truck
• Complete the DOT pre-trip inspections daily and report maintenance needs promptly
• Hook and unhook trailer and safely secure loads
• Set up the truck for emergency situations when necessary
• Maintain accurate delivery records, load documentation, logbook and compliance paperwork
• Perform general maintenance on semis and trailers
• Manage time efficiently
• Deliver agriculture and construction equipment to the field
• Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, applicators, customers and co-workers
• Use a smartphone and computer
• Physically climb a ladder 15 feet high
• Maintain a clean and organized Semi-Truck

The Truck Driver must have a Class A CDL license, with a tanker endorsement and an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR. The Driver will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing, as well as a pre-employment physical. The ideal applicant would be self-motivated, reliable and detail-oriented.
