Shifts:

Part‑time, Monday‑Friday.

You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those who serve and those they work with.

• Drive residents to scheduled medical appointments and activities, ensuring safe transportation.
• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility‑approved vehicles.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote a safe and comfortable transport and project a positive image in the community.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and schedule regular maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Maintain flexibility with work time when appointments or activities run late.
• Demonstrate safe clinical transfer techniques: ingress/egress of mobile patients with van, transfer of patients into and out of wheelchairs, and securing wheelchair‑bound residents into van bays.
• Lift, transfer, and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds in confined areas inside the van.
• Make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 25 to drive.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with GPS and local driving area.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years (DUI, DWS, reckless driving).
• No traffic felonies (multiple DUI, DWS, leaving scene with injuries, assault with vehicle).
• Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Not more than one accident in 3 years.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

$18‑$25 per hour.
