RFL is a transportation service that offers a convenient, on-demand public transportation option designed to supplement existing transit systems. Drivers will make real-time decisions on how to accommodate all the trips coming in. To the greatest extent possible, drivers should avoid making mid-route decisions to keep passenger travel time to a minimum, however occasional deviations may be necessary depending on total trip demands.

This service uses Ecolane on-demand software and an app that passengers can use to schedule rides.

Starting pay range for the role is $22.61/hour

This position will be eligible for safety bonuses as well.

The Schedule will be 5 days a week and could include a weekend shift. Hours could fall between 6:15am and 8:30 pm. Hours could vary depending on operational need. After a schedule is determined, it will be your weekly schedule.

Qualifications for Ride Free Lafayette Driver:19 years old or older

Possess a Driver's License that has been continually valid for at least the past two (2) years

Must pass and maintain a DOT physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks

Must have a desire to work with any level of the general publickeywords:
Transit, paratransit, transportation, caregiver, delivery driver, shuttle, medical driver, driver
