Responsibilities
- Inventory Management:
Handle inbound and outbound deliveries and shipments. Verify shipments, sign delivery slips, unload and inspect received goods, maintain accurate records of equipment, components, and materials using established user interfaces and inventory software. - Inspection and Documentation:
Inspect incoming goods for damage and verify against purchase orders. Record shortages, reject damaged goods, notify relevant project managers or points of contact. Assign ownership and log inventory into appropriate systems, including tagging items valued at $500 or more. - Shipping and Logistics:
Prepare and package outbound shipments, adhering to hazardous materials handling procedures when necessary. Create and attach shipping labels, schedule courier pickups. - Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse and storage area. Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other necessary equipment for handling materials. - Property Management:
Prepare annual property inventory reports for FRA and ENSCO assets, coordinate with Facility Scheduler/Asset Manager to ensure compliance with FRA tracking requirements, dispose of damaged or obsolete property according to company protocols. - Safety and Compliance:
Follow warehouse safety regulations, handle hazardous/dangerous materials with proper procedures. - General Facilities:
Perform general facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping tasks, including painting, replacing ceiling tiles, minor carpentry and repairs, cleaning buildings and grounds, and supporting the upkeep of industrial and office facilities. - Additional Duties:
Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned.
- 3–5 years of relevant warehouse experience (or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely climb ladders up to 15 feet.
- Basic math skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory software programs and data entry.
- Demonstrated experience performing general building maintenance, including painting, ceiling tile replacement, minor repairs, basic carpentry, and facility upkeep.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Ability to be flexible in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of shipping and handling hazardous materials.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations.
Must be able to work the following schedule:
Monday–Thursday 8‑4:30, Friday 7‑3:30.

Salary Range: $30,000 – $34,000 USD.
