Through the CCIU Special Education Certification Pathways, we are making it possible for qualified candidates to work as Special Education teachers while earning a PDE PK-12 Special Education Certification.

Cohort participants can be placed at several of our schools within Chester County.
Qualifications- Bachelor's level degree required.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with severe and complex behavior challenges in school, community, or residential setting preferred.
- Current police, child abuse & FBI fingerprint clearances required.
Salaries starting at $56,759 for the 2025‑26 school year.
