The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team across several departments. Available Departments- Home and Community Services
- School-Based Positions within Advanced Clinical Services to support local education agencies
- CCIU Special Programs within Advanced Clinical Services
- Child Career and Development Center (CCDC Elementary and Secondary Autism Support Programs)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).
- Write programs for students to assist in teaching skill deficits, maintaining acquired skills, teaching self‑help and coping skills, and building capacity and effective routines to address school avoidance behaviors.
- Train staff on FBAs and PBSPs.
- Systematically evaluate the consistent implementation of PBSPs through personal observation, staff and parent/caregiver consultation, and progress monitoring of student attendance data.
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, families, and educational teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Train and support staff in implementing behavior strategies and data collection.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Two years of experience working in educational or community‑based settings preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Project, Level 15, Exempt $75,349 - $94,187 annually, based upon experience.
