• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability and positive approach to collaboration with teachers, families, and staff

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each students academic and social growth
• Educate and consult with teachers and families to carry over strategies and foster progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for ongoing services
