What You’ll Own

This isn’t a “sit in the office and manage from a distance” job.

• Lead all operations: service, parts, admin, and facility
• Own the numbers: P&L, margins, productivity, and performance
• Build and lead a high‑performing, accountable team

• You have real ownership over performance
• You make decisions that actually move the needle
• You build the team, the culture, and the reputation in your market

• 7+ years leading teams in heavy equipment, environmental services, emergency apparatus, or similar operations
• Proven ability to manage people + performance + financials at the same time
• Strong understanding of service and parts operations
• Confidence working with P&L, KPIs, and operational data
• A leadership style that drives accountability, trust, and results
• Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems fast, and lead under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

This isn’t always easy. It’s not supposed to be.

But if you’re the kind of leader who thrives on building, fixing, leading, and winning—there’s nothing better.

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping.
• Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.
• Typically sit, grasp items and perform keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts.
