Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Georgia-licensed Physicians (MD/DO) with recent urgent care experience for ongoing locum tenens coverage throughout the Warner Robins / Perry / Bonaire, Georgia region.

This opportunity is particularly well suited for local physicians looking to supplement an existing schedule, build consistent PRN work, or create a more substantial block of coverage without traveling far from home. Flexible scheduling, established clinic support, and rapid credentialing allow qualified physicians to begin picking up available shifts quickly.

Schedule & Coverage

• PRN, part-time and full-time locum tenens coverage available
• Ongoing coverage needs
• Clinics operate 7 days per week
• Typical site hours may include 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on physician availability and clinic needs
• Local site coverage throughout the Warner Robins / Perry / Bonaire region
• Start as soon as credentialing is complete

Practice Environment

• Freestanding outpatient urgent care
• Approximately 25 patients per day
• All-ages patient population
• Walk-in urgent care model
• Onsite lab and X-ray
• Full clinical and front-office support
• Practice Velocity EMR
• Online EMR training provided

Clinical Scope

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan
• Develop and communicate appropriate treatment plans
• Perform routine urgent care procedures, including suturing
• Read and interpret X-rays and other diagnostic results
• Provide general in-office diagnostic care
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate
• Document and appropriately code patient encounters
• Maintain efficient clinic flow while delivering high-quality patient care

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license
• Current, unrestricted DEA
• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Occupational Medicine
• 2+ years of recent urgent care experience
• Current BLS
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Proficient with suturing and minor office procedures
• Comfortable reading and interpreting X-rays
• Able to provide independent urgent care evaluation and treatment
• Flexibility to cover local clinic locations within the region
