Tasks:
- Processing DFÜ entries
- Receiving incoming accompanying documents, checking them carefully, and forwarding them
- Entering, correcting, and routing customer orders
- Creating and processing pick-up lists
- Correcting and entering pick-up orders and incoming shipments
- Handling the dispatch of trucks, including the creation of roll cards and borderos as well as the checking of transmitted shipment data
- Taking care of the administrative processing of parcel dispatch
- Working closely with the dispatch, loading warehouse, contractors, and drivers
Profile:
- You have ideally completed a training as a commercial clerk for freight forwarding and logistics services
- Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience from a freight forwarding company or in dispatch
- You are interested in goods movements as well as in processes in transport and warehouse logistics
- You work independently, structured, and efficiently
- Communication and teamwork are among your strengths
- You have a high degree of organizational skills
- The safe handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you
- Good English skills are advantageous
Working hours by agreement in shifts: 07:30 - 16:00, 09:30 - 18:00, 12:00 - 20:30, and 13:30 - 22:00.
