We seek independently licensed clinical therapists who provide culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. Experience with caseloads that span mild to complex mental‑health needs is highly valued. The position is ideal for providers seeking well‑matched, motivated clients, administrative and marketing support, and easy invoicing with quick payments. In‑person care delivery is strongly preferred, preferably from your own private or group practice.

Eligible locations include Des Moines, Davenport, Dubuque, and West Des Moines.

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (able to work independently without supervision)
• Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices
• Able to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families with a strong preference for in‑person delivery
• Must have office space available to see clients in the Iowa area
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
• Full‑time resident of the United States
