We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team! This role involves providing direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires (terms apply).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine occupational therapy needs based on patients' prior functioning.
• Develop and implement treatment plans targeting functional outcomes, adhering to professional standards.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants in compliance with licensure and regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with community staff, patients, families, and rehab teams through training and coordination.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current valid Occupational Therapist license in the appropriate state.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
