Lead and manage a team of Assistant Managers, Swing Managers, and Floor Supervisors to consistently deliver strong operations and profitability.;
Coach and support managers with goal setting, progress tracking, and performance feedback.;
Manage and analyze the restaurant’s P&L to achieve monthly financial targets.;
Monitor operational metrics daily and develop action plans for continuous improvement.;
Be available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week and remain on-call during restaurant operating hours.
