Operate printing presses or e‑beam treaters safely and efficiently while maintaining product quality standards. Work in a clean, climate‑controlled indoor manufacturing facility with food‑safe processes.
Schedule- 12‑hour night shift (7:30pm‑7:30am) on a 2‑2‑3 straight‑night rotation or 10‑hour night shift
- 3 to 4 nights per week on a regularly scheduled shift
- Flexibility to train on day shift and work occasional mandatory overtime, Sundays, and holidays
- 8 hours of overtime pay every 2 weeks; additional overtime available
- Pay: $20.31–$23.01 per hour + $1.00/night‑shift premium
- Increases after 3 months and 1 year
- 401(k) profit sharing

- $145 annual allowance for safety shoes and free prescription safety glasses
- Operate machines in a safe and efficient manner, wearing required PPE
- Maintain product quality standards and perform required quality tests
- Troubleshoot and repair machines when possible to maximize run time
- Notify supervisor when the machine is down due to mechanical or quality issues
- Report all unsafe operating conditions
- Follow work instructions, product safety guidelines, GMPs, GFSIs, and cleaning schedules
- Relieve other machines during breaks and meetings
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Good work history and basic math skills
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to read a ruler and display coordination with both hands continuously
- Reliable attendance
- Not sensitive to inks, solvents, or powder
- Lift up to 50lbs and exert up to 50lbs of pressure
- Generate up to 10lbs of pinch strength on rare basis
- Stand for at least 12 hours
- Stoop, kneel, or squat on rare basis when handling products
- Reach forward and to the side frequently when handling products
- Climb steps
- Perform repetitive tasks up to 12 hours
