Responsibilities- Prep parts for powder coating or wet painting by cleaning with lacquer thinner and rags
- Hang prepped parts on the paint line
- Apply powder coat to bare metal
- Remove painted parts from the paint line and match parts with the correct documentation
- Identify poor quality parts
- Identify maintenance needed on equipment and tooling
- Work at different workstations as production needs require
- Maintain the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
- Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individual’s product line or work cell
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Occasionally – pushing/pulling, keyboarding, pinching, visual acuity (near/far), and lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequently – walking, reaching, gripping, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
- Constantly – standing and lift/carry up to 10 lbs
* Occasionally – Occurs up to 1/3 of the time
* Frequently – Occurs 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
* Constantly – Occurs 2/3 or more of the time
