• Prep parts for powder coating or wet painting by cleaning with lacquer thinner and rags
• Hang prepped parts on the paint line
• Apply powder coat to bare metal
• Remove painted parts from the paint line and match parts with the correct documentation
• Identify poor quality parts
• Identify maintenance needed on equipment and tooling
• Work at different workstations as production needs require
• Maintain the work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Use proper safety equipment and apparel required for each operation on individual’s product line or work cell
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Occasionally – pushing/pulling, keyboarding, pinching, visual acuity (near/far), and lift/carry up to 50 lbs

• Constantly – standing and lift/carry up to 10 lbs

* Frequently – Occurs 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
