** is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its established practice in Centerville, IA in the Quick Care setting seeing walk-in, acute visits for patients of all ages. Located in the heart of Southern Iowa, this practice offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and professional fulfillment. This is a great opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with excellent staff, and a strong connection to the community.

* + 12 hour shifts

+ 3 days per week with every 4th weekend rotation

* + Weekdays: 7:00AM - 6:30PM

+ Weekends: 7:00AM - 12:30PM

** Compensation and Benefits:*
* + $10,000 Starting bonus

+ CME allowance of $3,000

* Qualifications:

* + Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

+ Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an NP or PA in an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine setting.
