Now Hiring: LPN Weekend Warrior
Location:
Centerville Post Acute, 1001 E Alex Bell Rd, Centerville, OH 45459.
Shift: Weekend Warrior — 7AM to 7PM.
Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour.

Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document resident conditions.
- Communicate with healthcare team members and families.
- Ensure compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Current Ohio LPN license.
- Long‑term care experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
