Medication Aide (Full-Time) – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Centerville Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Aide to join our team on a full‑time basis. This position is scheduled for 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and plays a vital role in providing quality care to our residents.

• Administer medications safely according to facility policies and physician orders
• Provide general patient care as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) when needed
• Support resident care and staffing needs as required
• Maintain reliable attendance and work with the team to provide exceptional resident care

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in good standing
• Must hold a current Medication Aide certification if required by state regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to safely administer medications according to facility policies and physician orders
• Reliable attendance and commitment to providing exceptional resident care
