We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment.
Responsibilities- Providing care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures
- Managing patients with various medical conditions
- Completing physician-assigned tasks
- Administering medications and performing treatments
- Assessing patient health status and documenting care meticulously
- Active RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a broad range of health conditions
- Effective communication with healthcare teams
- Role involves providing routine and post-surgical care
- Ensures continuity of care through detailed documentation
