Mercy One Centerville Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant – Long Term Care to support our clinical team with direct resident care. This full‑time role includes evenings on a 12‑hour shift, delivering routine ADL assistance and safety monitoring for adult and geriatric residents.
As a CNA, you will follow care plans, document findings, and respond to calls while promoting independence and comfort. CNA certification (75 hours) and BLS are required within stated timelines.
