Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical units to provide excellent patient care. This role involves managing a diverse caseload in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and update healthcare teams accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and emotional support during hospitalization.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment and clinical procedures.
