Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Nurse Opportunity

Provide specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and related assessments. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vitals and cardiac rhythms continuously to identify any abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on their condition, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Respond promptly to emergent situations, providing critical interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess recent telemetry nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Be proficient with cardiac monitoring equipment and interpreting EKGs.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
