** What You'll Do*
* As an RN in our Long-Term Care department, you will:

+ Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

+ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

+ Collaborate with providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

+ Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments

+ Supervise and support nursing staff

+ Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life

** Qualifications*
* + Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Current Iowa RN license

+ BLS certification required

+ Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required

+ Passion for serving seniors and providing exceptional resident-centered care
