We are seeking a motivated Commercial Garage Door Technician/Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, service, and repair commercial and industrial garage door systems in a variety of settings, including warehouses, retail buildings, and other commercial facilities.

You’ll also assist with training and mentoring newer technicians as our team continues to grow. Our work includes new installations, remodels, and service repairs, so technicians travel to different job sites and enjoy variety in their day-to-day work
. This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands the importance of safety and precision.

You’ll interact with customers and site managers regularly, making strong communication and customer service skills essential. The ideal candidate has experience using power tools, a solid mechanical background, and a working knowledge of electrical systems related to commercial door operators.

• Install, service, and repair commercial and industrial garage doors and operators
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial door systems
• Safely install and service rolling steel doors, sectional doors, high‑speed doors, and dock equipment (if applicable)
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and management
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Accurately complete service documentation and reports

• Previous experience as a commercial garage door technician or installer preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools and equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge related to door operators is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

$30 - $35 hourly plus bonuses
