Role Overview
Position:
Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) – Job Requisition #: 033753
Shift: 2:30pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance in accordance with procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections, check fluid levels, lubricate, clean, tighten, and adjust components; replace parts; calibrate sensors and gauges.
- Inspect and test equipment, listen for unusual sounds to detect malfunctions, and discuss machine operations with line staff.
- Dismantle, inspect, and replace defective parts; install new or repaired parts.
- Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment; repair or replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and wiring.
- Maintain the physical structure of the establishment and perform general repairs.
- Install machinery, platforms, guards.
- Follow guidance from senior colleagues and assist junior colleagues with routine questions.
- Adhere to operations and company safety procedures and practices.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to perform visual inspections, calibrations, and component replacements.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player who follows safety and operational procedures.
Pay range: $21.78–$37.12 per year. Typical starting wage: $23.00–$26.00. Possible short‑term incentive eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
