Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time. Our fleet includes 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatics, equipped with ergonomically designed seats, 70‑L/96‑W sleepers, larger‑than‑average in‑truck refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mounts, and satellite radios.

Safety is a shared responsibility. Our experienced operations team dispatches drivers safely and legally, with regular maintenance and a 24/7 shop. All freight is primarily within the United States’ Midwest corridor; dispatch does not require driving through the West Coast mountains or New York City.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. The operations department is available 24/7 to support you.

Pay is based on experience and performance and can include loaded and empty practical miles plus merit, safety, and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100k last year. Climate Express offers a W‑2 program with medical, dental, life, vision, paid vacation, 401(k), and detention/layover pay.

We understand the need for work‑home balance. While you’re away, you’ll earn to support your family and return on time.

Loads include dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1‑pick/1‑drop or drop‑and‑hook. 100% no‑touch freight.

• Minimum 23 years of age.
• 1 year of experience.
• Willing to drive OTR.
• No more than four serious driving incidents.
