One of the most important hires in the company’s 22-year history. The organization is expanding across multiple integrated businesses in Real Estate Investment, Construction, Realty/Brokerage, Property Management, and more. The team is growing from 8 to 25+ employees, with a new 11,000 sq ft HQ and ongoing modernization of systems and processes.
Responsibilities- Directly support the CEO by handling executive tasks, managing the CEO’s calendar, and protecting time and focus.
- Serve as part executive assistant, part operations coordinator, and part life manager; manage complexity and anticipate needs.
- Fully manage the CRM, collaborate with remote developers to upgrade it as needed, and keep teams on track with task management and other tools.
- Represent the company in interactions with external stakeholders, including potential engagements with HOA/COC boards where applicable.
- Assist in hiring, building a strong team culture, and supporting growth initiatives to scale the organization.
- Support high-level business tasks, personal matters, and discretionary initiatives with integrity and discretion.
- Contribute to establishing systems, improving operations, and aligning with the company’s performance-driven culture.
- Highly capable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong emotional intelligence.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and high expectations of excellence and loyalty.
- Tech-savvy and able to manage CRMs and collaborate with developers.
- Ability to read people well, use intuition, negotiate, and drive results in a multi-stakeholder setting.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and handling both business and personal matters with discretion.
Compensation: $72,000 - $75,000 OTE with all perks/bonuses included. Base salary for the role is $47,000–$55,000 DOE, with additional incentive structures such as performance-based bonuses, profit sharing after 1 year, 401(k) with company match, and long-term rewards for stabilizing chaos, building systems, and scaling the team.
