Responsible for maintaining accurate provider schedules, scheduling meetings/lunch appointments, and completing regular productivity reports. Effectively performs the below job functions and communicates with the Operations Manager daily. Access to patient charts is required to perform the job functions listed below.
Responsibilities- Schedules and coordinates staff meetings, etc. Creates agendas and records meetings.
- Maintains an extensive filing system for correspondence, business matters, and other related data.
- Prepares correspondence accurately from dictation and other provided information using a computer.
- Assist Finance/Operations with quarterly provider reporting for cost analysis reports.
- Completes a detailed productivity report monthly.
- Manages scheduling and paperwork for medical students, externships, etc.
- Templates Urgent Care and Kettering Observation days weekly.
- Manages DCND Drug Rep email and any correspondence required – lunches, special events, samples needed, etc.
- Templates, manages communicator settings and calls to patients, freezes, cancels, and blocks schedules as needed.
- Maintains updated and accurate calendars for all DCND facilities/partnerships and communicators in a professional manner, any concerns/changes.
- Performs weekly excel checks and on call checks weekly.
- Works the scheduling email and any correspondence required.
- Hospital Call and PM Call
- Meetings
- Uploads schedules to the Intranet monthly.
- Manages Procedure and APP schedules.

Education/ExperienceAssociate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language AbilityAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Math AbilityAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
