Automotive Sales Manager

The Voss Auto Network is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales department and drive consistent performance. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who knows how to build a winning sales culture, close deals, and develop a team that delivers an exceptional customer experience.

The Voss Auto Network is proud to be part of the Centerville, Beavercreek, Monroe, and Tipp City communities. We began with Chevrolet in 1972. Today, the Voss Auto Network has seven franchises (Chevrolet, Cadillac, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, and Joe Morgan Honda). The Voss Auto Network is the largest network of dealerships and has been recognized as the leader and innovator in the Dayton/Miami Valley area.

• Responsible for training, motivating, and supervising the sales and detail staff for the department.
• Achieving and exceeding dealership and customer expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring the level of inventory needed to achieve the goals of the dealership and the sales staff.
• Provides ongoing support to all dealership staff.
• Ensures the customers are given the best experience at all times.

• Have at least 2 years of automotive sales management experience working in a high‑paced department providing excellent sales and customer service experience.
• Possess strong communication skills in order to work closely with other dealership employees and customers.
• Preferably experienced with Reynolds & Reynolds and vAuto management system.
