Wash Associate

Starting pay up to $15/hour based on availability, plus incentives.

Part-time and Full-time positions available.

A Mike’s Carwash Wash Associate is on the front line of customer service. They will perform the roles of Service Advisor, Director, and ensure the facility is always clean and prepared for customers according to our high standards.

  Provide the best value for our customer, by delivering a clean, quick car wash each time, with a smile.

  Greet and advise customers on Mike’s products/services and process sales transactions.

  Safely prep and direct the vehicle into the wash tunnel.

• Customer Satisfaction

  Maintain the interior and exterior of the property so customers always feel comfortable. Keep all customer‑related material stocked and clean, rain or shine.
• Training
  :
  Participate in extensive training to keep your skills in production up to date. Ask for assistance from the management team if you have any questions regarding the Service Advisor or Director job expectations.

• Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
• Attend scheduled Team Meetings.
• Must be available to work at least 2 of the 3 following days:
  Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.

This position requires the employee to communicate verbally and in writing, hear at a conversational level, use vision for depth perception and to distinguish between basic shades and colors.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee will continuously be required to stand or walk. The employee will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, reach, and/or twist at the waist while rotating. The employee will continuously perform repetitive movements, use hands for gripping pressure, and operate hand and foot controls.

The employee will infrequently be required to lift 50 lbs. for up to 3 ft. The employee will occasionally be required to pull 10 lbs. for up to 10 ft. and carry up to 50 lbs. for 10 ft. The employee may also be required to repeatedly bend, kneel, and balance. The employee will rarely be required to climb stairs and ladders.

The employee will rarely be required to work with machinery with moving parts and wear gloves. The wash associate will frequently be required to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures of 0–100 °F. The employee will frequently be required to work with chemicals and wear eye or hearing protection.
