Position: CASE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

General Summary/Responsibilities:
Dept:
Integrated Care Management Program. Shift: Full Time -  / 80 Hours per Pay. The salary range begins at $16.75, reaches a midpoint of $18.92, and tops out at $22.37.

Responsibilities

The Case Management Assistant is responsible for accurate and timely administrative assistance and technical support to the Director and Managers of Integrated Care Management and other designated departments. This individual performs a wide range of clerical and technical tasks necessary to facilitate the smooth functioning of the department. Other responsibilities include project requests, important data collection and tracking, meeting preparation, recording of minutes, follow-up task, helping ensure positive patient experience, and effective coordination of care.

Other assignments will vary based on department needs.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Communication skills (oral and written) are imperative as they interact with physicians, employees, and patients. In addition there is daily contact with customers, employees, visitors, vendors, physicians and with patients/families
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs with excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-tasks required.
  • Ability to assist staff with technical troubleshooting of software and hardware issues
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain professional demeanor under adverse conditions
  • Skilled in self-directed work
