This is a full-time, on-site role based in Centerville, OH, for a Medical Receptionist. The Medical Receptionist will handle day-to-day administrative operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, managing patient records, and processing billing information. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a professional attitude, provide excellent patient relations, maintain a clean and organized reception area, and ensure HIPAA compliance throughout all administrative tasks.
Qualifications- Proficiency in managing front desk tasks, such as greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Experience with medical record management and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with billing processes and general administrative duties in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service to patients and staff.
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare-related administrative role is a plus.
- Proficiency in using medical software and basic computer applications is preferred.
