About UsAt Morgan Education Services, we offer specialized academic interventions, including evidence-based reading programs like Orton Gillingham and other multi-sensory approaches. We also provide individualized support through ABA therapy, speech-language services, and occupational therapy.
Job Responsibilities- Providing direct RBT supervision
- Following the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
- Collecting and recording data based on client behavior
- Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress
- Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
- Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family
- Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree
- (All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification)
- Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs
- Technologically proficient.
