• Lead and manage the admissions process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for residents and families.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the facility's visibility and reputation in the community.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure census goals are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a key point of contact for inquiries and tours.

• Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field within a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance processes is a plus.
