• Speech-Language Goals:
  Focus on speech IEP goals and objectives to support students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Progress Tracking:
  Track and document progress on speech goals and objectives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• IEP Meetings:
  Provide input for speech goals to give valuable insights and updates on student progress and intervention strategies.
• Student Support:
  Offer individualized support to students with IEP speech goals, helping them achieve academic and personal growth.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students with special needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid speech-language license or ability to obtain one.
• Previous experience working with students with IEPs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to the academic and personal growth of students with special needs.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
