Full-Time Activities Coordinator

Pay Range: $16.00–$19.20 per hour

St. Leonard is seeking a compassionate, creative, and energetic Full-Time Activities Coordinator to join our Wellness team. In this role, you'll plan and lead engaging activities, events, and outings that promote connection, purpose, and well‑being for our residents.

• Plan and coordinate daily, evening, weekend, and holiday activities.
• Create and distribute monthly activity calendars.
• Organize resident outings, special events and community programs.
• Encourage resident and family participation.
• Complete resident assessments and required documentation.
• Collaborate with the Wellness team to provide exceptional resident experiences.

• Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
