• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use the EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Receive recognition and development opportunities for performance and career advancement.

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.

• 6 months or more of home care experience.
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full‑time employment. Pay is determined by factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other criteria. In addition to salary, the role offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, all of which are subject to eligibility requirements.
