• Kettering Health - Washington Township, Centerville

• Participate in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting, interacting daily with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and patients.
• Assist with sterile IV compounding, automated dispensing systems (Omnicell), repackaging systems, IV compounding systems, and inventory management processes.
• Use the EPIC health information system and Microsoft Suite resources as part of an integrated health‑care organization.
• Potential to advance into specialty roles within the organization.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous retail or related hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current registration as a Registered Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio, or expected to obtain registration within six months of hire.
• Accurate work with careful attention to detail.
• Excellent math and computer skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, coworkers, and health professionals.
• Legible written, spoken, and read English proficiency.
• Proficiency operating computers, calculators, telephones, and pharmacy equipment.
• Ability to adapt to changing workload and schedule, set priorities, and re‑set priorities as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
