We’re seeking a
** Records Coordinator
** to join our growing team.
** How you’ll make us better:
** Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow. Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.
* Greets new patients and family members
* Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout
* Captures X-rays, photographs and scans
* Relays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctors
* Coordinates clinical records requests
* Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling
* Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations
* Performs after care communication
* May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment
* May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic

** Prerequisites for success:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Previous dental clinical experience preferred
* Bilingual a plus, but not required

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.45
