Licensed Psychologist – PsyD

• Maintain a caseload of clients
• Diagnose clients and create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the clinical team
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in the EHR system
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend required clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and community networking events
• Supervise psychologist trainees and/or post-doctoral candidates
• Conduct evidence-based, data-informed, goal-driven individual and group supervision
• Provide clinical oversight to the clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals in collaboration with the Clinic Director
• Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses and treatment plans
• Review and sign notes for pre-licensed staff
• Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required

• Must be a Licensed Psychologist in Ohio
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Valant experience is a plus
• Ability to collect co-payments
