2nd Shift Quality Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inspector at RAM Precision Industries. The Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections and tests on a variety of manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
• Use a variety of tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to measure dimensions accurately
• Document and record inspection results and maintain detailed records of all inspections
• Communicate any quality issues or concerns to supervisors and work with the production team to resolve them
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in quality control or inspection preferred
• CMM experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure dimensions
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment
