Key responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to program CNC machines
- Create programs for various machines that ensure maximum efficiency
- Adhere to customer specifications on blueprints
- Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot issues and make improvements to programming and processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Minimum of 5 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in G-code programming and CAD/CAM software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Knowledge of machining processes and materials
