RAM Precision Industries is a leading manufacturer of precision-engineered components for various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surface Grinder to join our team.

As a Surface Grinder at RAM Precision Industries, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain surface grinding machines to produce high-quality precision parts. You will be responsible for setting up and adjusting grinding machines to achieve desired specifications, including dimension, finish, and tolerance.

• Set up and operate surface grinding machines according to work instructions and blueprints
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding machines
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surface Grinder in a manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
