We are seeking skilled Röders CNC Machinists to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain high-precision Röders CNC machines to produce complex components with exceptional accuracy. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement will be key in driving our manufacturing success. The Röders CNC Machinist is responsible for producing components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of precision machining, CNC equipment, tooling, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.

• Set up and operate Röders CNC machining equipment to manufacture precision components.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications prior to production.
• Perform machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, work holding, offsets, and other setup activities.
• Load and verify CNC programs according to established procedures.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to validate dimensions and tolerances.
• Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and process stability.
• Set and adjust tool offsets, work offsets, feeds, speeds, and other machining parameters.
• Identify and troubleshoot tooling, dimension, surface finish, and machining performance issues.
• Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and make corresponding adjustments.
• Monitor tool wear and recommend improvements to tool life and machining performance.
• Maintain compliance with extremely tight dimensional and geometric tolerances as specified.
• Collaborate with CNC programmers to test and refine new programs and identify process improvements.
• Work with Quality Assurance personnel to resolve machining or dimensional issues.
• Continuously look for ways to reduce scrap, enhance cycle times, and improve overall efficiency.
• Accurately complete production, inspection, and manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper care for machines, tooling, fixtures, and measuring equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and manufacturing protocols as established by Ram Precision Industries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to set up and operate CNC machining equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of GD&T and dimensional tolerances.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, feeds and speeds, offsets, and work holding.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges).
• Ability to troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
• Acute attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with various team members.
